How long does VA take?+
Statutory 25-day decision period (with one 5-day extension). Faster than liquidation, slower than SBR. We move at the legislated pace.
What\'s a DOCA?+
Deed of Company Arrangement. The negotiated plan creditors vote on at the second meeting. If accepted, the company exits administration and trades under the DOCA terms.
Personal liability for directors during VA?+
Insolvent trading liability stops the moment we\'re appointed. Pre-existing personal guarantees and DPNs need their own analysis — we cover that separately.
